Attempted a 4 mile run but at about the 2.9 mark, my right hip was hurting so bad I had t o stop and walk. To make things worse, as soon as I started walking, the pain in my foot from the triathlon started up again. I was seriously afraid I wouldn’t make it home. I am going to have to go see a doctor. damn.

Finally, finally, got back in the saddle.

7.5 mile ride to work + 7.5 mile ride home equals 15 miles on the bike.

Need to get signed up for a masters swim team, I fear all the progress I have made over the summer has been erased by injury and sickness.

None, attempt to ride bike to work was thwarted. Then, studies got in the way. finding it hard to get into a rhythym.

None, relaxed. Didn’t want to further aggravate my foot. I also had alot of studying to do.

30 minute run (15 our, 15 back) preceeded by 10 minutes of stretching, situps, and pushups.

This run seemed to have aggravated my foot injury, so Monday I am going to Fleet Feet to see about some insoles.

Here it is, proof that man’s first steps were from the ocean onto solid ground:

I look so geeked out on this bike, all I need is a banana seat and a little orange flag on a stick. Oh, and handlebar tassles!

Funny thing is that I felt much much much better than I looked!
